Self-Observation is practiced “invisibly” in the midst of daily life, and facilitates self-examination under circumstances far from the meditation cushion. Co-Meditation is a two-person practice designed to focus meditative attention upon another being, while simultaneously offering the opportunity to observe one’s own manifestation while in relationship with another.
