Charges for display ads and directory listings:
(a) You agree to pay, using a valid credit card which The Share Guide accepts (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), the monthly charges as described on our Advertising Page. Failure to pay will result in your ad being removed from the website.

(b) The Share Guide reserves the right to refuse any listing judged incompatible with the directory's standards, such as inappropriate language, X-rated material, non-health related material, or anything considered offensive, racist, etc.

(c) The Share Guide will automatically charge your credit card every 30 days from date of first submission for renewal of your ad unless and until we are notified via email or postal mail of your cancellation. All cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next monthly renewal date. 

(d) For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide The Share Guide with accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number(s), and applicable payment data (e.g., credit card number, e-mail address, and expiration date). Should your credit card become lost, stolen or otherwise void you shall notify The Share Guide and provide new payment information. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your ad.
